The nature of what is published

Notes on gem matching puzzles for mobile: which match shape creates which special piece, what each piece does alone and beside another, and the order in which obstacles should be taken. It is editorial writing — one person’s account of a genre — offered for general interest. It carries no professional character, it is not advice, and it is not official documentation for any product.

Nothing is distributed here. There is no download, no installer, no APK, no modified build and no mirror of anyone’s files. Applications named in the text are obtained from the stores their publishers use.

How long a page stays true

Every page states when its text was last read through. After that date a developer may have renamed a piece, changed what it clears, altered the ad model or removed the app altogether. A description can therefore be wrong without anyone having been careless, which is why anything you intend to act on should be confirmed against the app’s current store listing and its own help screen.

The site is offered as is and as available, with no warranty of completeness, currency, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Copyright in the writing

Including one is not an endorsement, not a recommendation to spend money and not a warranty about what you will find. These conditions and the Privacy Policy cease to apply the moment you follow it.

The Gem Creation Card

A single paid item exists on this site: a ten-page PDF at CAD 6, bought once. Emma Lemieux sells it in a personal capacity rather than as a business. There is no storefront on this domain, no checkout, no payment page, and no card details are collected anywhere on it.

The order begins with an email. The reply carries Interac e-Transfer details; the file goes back to the ordering address within two business days of the transfer arriving. Nothing renews, nothing is retained for a later charge and no account is created. No sales tax is added, and no invoice from a registered business is issued.

The licence is personal: print it, keep it on your own devices, annotate it. Reselling, uploading or circulating it is not permitted, and it is supplied unprotected because that restriction is meant to be observed rather than enforced.

A digital file is delivered when the message is sent. If it never arrives, or arrives and will not open, write and choose between a resend and a refund in full; no explanation is asked for and no time limit applies. Beyond that a delivered and opened file is not refunded, which is the usual position for digital goods and displaces nothing you are entitled to under Québec consumer legislation that cannot be waived by agreement.

The card is written and drawn entirely by Emma Lemieux. It reproduces no material belonging to any developer, is licensed by nobody, and buying it grants no rights in any game it discusses.

Limits on what can be claimed against us

So far as the law allows, Emma Lemieux is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site or from reliance on anything published here, including indirect and consequential loss, loss of data, and costs incurred through third-party software or an app store. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the minimum permitted. Nothing in this paragraph removes a consumer right that cannot be waived by agreement.

Use that is not welcome

Scraping at a volume that degrades availability for other readers, probing or attempting access to the hosting account, and republishing the material under another name. Everything else — reading, bookmarking, linking, quoting briefly — is welcome without asking.

Reaching a person

Corrections, complaints, order questions and formal notices all go to [email protected]. Naming the page and quoting the sentence usually resolves a question in a single exchange, and replies normally take a couple of business days.

Amendment, and the law that applies

These conditions may be amended; the version on this page, with the date above, is the one in force, and continued use after an amendment accepts it.

The laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable federal laws of Canada govern them, with the courts of the district of Montréal having jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rule protecting you where you live.
