1. The images on the front page
Three screenshots and one application icon appear on this site. All four were taken from that application’s own Google Play listing on September 2, 2026, and all four are reproduced at reduced size for a single purpose: to show the boards the text describes and to identify the software being discussed. That is fair dealing for the purposes of review and news reporting under section 29 of the Canadian Copyright Act.
Copyright in those images belongs to LinkDesks. Nothing on this page transfers any right in them and no claim is made over them. Everything else you can see — the writing, the tables, the site icon, the page graphics — was made for Tulqemari.
A rights holder who would prefer an image not to appear only has to say so at [email protected], and it comes down without a discussion.
2. Independence, stated plainly
Tulqemari is the work of Emma Lemieux in Montréal and answers to nobody in the games industry. It is not owned, operated, sponsored, licensed, endorsed, certified or reviewed by Google LLC, by Google Play, or by any developer or publisher named in the text. No studio has paid for coverage, approved wording, or seen a page before it was published, and no link on the site earns anything.
3. Trade marks
Google, Google Play and Android are trade marks of Google LLC. Game titles, studio names, logos and characters are the property of their respective owners. They appear here solely to identify the software under discussion, which is descriptive use and implies no licence, sponsorship, endorsement or commercial relationship. This site neither owns nor operates the Google Play Store.
4. What the statements are worth
The pages are guides and analysis built from publicly available information and from playing games of this format. Concrete claims about pieces, radii or obstacle behaviour are editorial observations offered as practical indications; they are not official specifications and were never issued by a developer. The application’s store listing and in-game help carry the official version and take precedence over anything written here.
Mobile games change without notice. The review date in each page’s footer is the extent of what is being asserted.
5. Nothing is distributed
No application file is hosted, mirrored, repackaged or handed out by this site, and no page links to one. Software published on Google Play is obtained from Google Play under Google’s terms and the developer’s, neither of which this site controls.
Money and accounts are entirely a matter between you, the store and the developer: purchases, subscriptions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, platform fees, account recovery and lost progress. This site has no access to any of those systems.
6. The card is our own work
The PDF sold here is written and drawn by Emma Lemieux. It reproduces no artwork, screenshot, board layout or text belonging to any developer, is licensed and endorsed by nobody, and buying it conveys no right in any game it mentions.
7. Copyright and trade mark claims
If you hold rights in material you believe appears here without authorisation, write to [email protected] with the page address, an identification of the protected work and a way to verify the claim. Material is removed while the claim is examined rather than after it. Written notice may also be sent to Emma Lemieux, 1250 René-Lévesque Blvd W, Montréal, QC H3B 4W8, Canada.
8. Your own decisions
Installing, buying and playing third-party software is a choice you make. This site accepts no responsibility for how an application behaves, for charges applied by a store or developer, or for any consequence of a decision taken after reading something here.
